KIDS CAPOEIRA Fitness Class (PK-4th) in Playa Vista by PLAYCATION

Join us for our CAPOEIRA KIDS class on Sundays 10:00-11:00am at Concert Park in Playa Vista for children ages K-4th grade. We limit these classes to 15 students to ensure each child gets undivided attention. You can register by purchasing a drop-in class or class pack on the date you wish to attend. Children should bring water, sneakers and workout attire. No mats or equipment is needed for class.

Part of our PLAYCATION™ enrichment program, CAPOEIRA KIDS is a high-energy class that combines the Brazilian martial art of Capoeira with different interactive games to help children develop self-confidence, move their bodies in unique ways and have fun being active in a non-contact environment. Kids will practice the fundamentals of this martial art, like Ginga (rocking stance), Aú (cartwheel) and Meia Lua (half moon kick), as well as do Pad work on soft targets, learn basic gymnastics and sing Capoeira songs.
